Hello! I have recently opened an etsy account to begin selling some of my card and chipboard album designs. I have been crafting and scrapbooking since I was in high school, but in the past year my supplies, creativity and interest in my hobby have increased exponentially! I absolutely love creating things with paper, stamps, ribbon and putting them together into designs that are simple, yet elegant and classy.

Please check out my etsy site and spread the word about my designs and creations! The address is: www.l7designs.etsy.com. I have not posted any products yet, as I opened the site today, however I have a number of projects ready to go and as soon as I get them photographed they will be ready to sell!

I chose the name L7 Designs for a couple different reasons. The first reason is I wanted something that conveyed something special or unique about me. From when I was a very small little girl, my family’s nickname for me has been Squares. It still holds to this day. It is kind of a goofy nickname, but I’m kind of a goofy girl, too, and I wanted something that was fresh and unique. When you make an L with your left hand, and the number 7 with your right hand and put them together, you make a square. I got the idea of the “L 7″ from my favorite movie, the Sandlot, when one of the boys, Squints, calls the dorky newcomer, Smalls, an “L7 weenie”. And finally, I design cards and scrapbook and chipboard albums, hence “Designs”.
