FAITH Album in Blue

This beautiful custom chipboard word album was part of a six-album custom order I did in November. The friend who ordered these from me is giving them as Christmas presents to their friends! Such an awesome idea!
Every aspect of this album was custom designed and made by hand, right down the chipboard letters which were designed for me by my husband in Illustrator, then traced and cut out on illustration board and sanded down (to make the edges softer). Each page, or letter, is covered with a blue, or slate woven cardstock. All the edges of each letter and all the edges of all paper I used are inked with a French Blue chalk ink to cover up those unsightly white edges and bring the album all together in one cohesive creation.
In decorating the album, I used this beautiful patterned paper line called 29th Street Market by My Mind’s Eye. Embellishments included stamps from cardstock cutouts from My Mind’s Eye, rub-ons from KI Memories, stickers from Scenic Route, cardstock picture frames, an assortment of paper flowers and slate colored brads, black eyelets and ribbon.
