This weekend I got caught up on a bunch of custom journal orders that came in the last couple weeks. I didn’t have time last week to finish them as I was making lots of cards for my sale this weekend. We didn’t have plans this weekend so I was able to sit down and fulfill three custom journal orders. Three very different styles/themes for three different people! It was a lot of fun picking out paper and embellishments for each of these journals and planning out the designs for each.  One of my customers provided me with paper and some embellishments she wanted the jounral decorated with – and left me to decide which embellishments and paper I wanted to use, design and decorate it!

One of the journals was a tropical theme, one a fall/autumn theme with beautiful patterned paper, and the third was a sweet theme of lavender with butterflies and dragonflies.

This week, I’m hoping to fulfill another couple custom orders – a recipe box and a custom card box. I found some really pretty Thanksgiving ideas I’m hoping to tweak a bit to make them my own. Hero Arts has some great card ideas!
