My husband came home yesterday after work and told me all about a blog post or article or something he had read in the latest Communication Arts magazine on this new color software called Koloroo. Koloroo is a free color software that you can download for your Mac, Windows or iPod. The software for the ipod is an interactive color wheel to help you coordinate colors, palettes and themes. It is fantastic. The software for Windows is a little more advanced, but my computer didn’t want to install it, so I have the ipod version.

The even better thing about Koloroo is that it is free. Of course, there is no such thing as a free lunch. The catch with Koloroo is that you have to do something nice for someone else. That’s all – no tricks or extras you have to pay for – you get the software totally for free, but you have to do something nice. It is called CareWare. I love it.

It’s a perfect tool for scrapbookers, card makers, graphic designers, anyone working with color or design.
