This week I have been working hard on putting together a custom album (and card) for my mom. She is going to a wedding next week and wanted to give the newlyweds a wedding album for their wedding. Thankfully I’ve been collecting ideas and paper and things for my own wedding album (it’s been almost a year and I have 3 pages done). I bought a simple, classic ivory canvas covered 10 1/2″ x 9″ album from kolo with about 25ish sheets in it. Needless to say, it’s taken me a while and I wanted to get it finished in time to get it to mom by the wedding, so I haven’t been working on many other projects this week. Now that I am finished with the album, though I’m all set to work on many more projects!

I have a long list going of projects I want to get started on including a plethora of cards, a pocket accordion album, a disney album, and a box of cards among many other projects! I have a huge box full of unused paper, a big drawer filled with scraps of leftover paper from other projects that is still perfectly useful, and many other drawers and cubbies with embellishments, ribbon, brads, etc! All just waiting for me to dig into and put to creative use. This last weekend my mother-in-law and I came back with a handful of layouts and kits to put together – giving me more ideas for the future! One store we went into had so many project ideas that I can’t wait to get started customizing for my own!

Stay tuned!

Thanks for reading with me!
