I’ve been toying with the idea of making a line of cards with gift card holders for birthdays, bridal/baby showers, etc but I haven’t been inspired by a design idea that really struck my fancy … at least until this morning. Browsing through my Scrapbook to Cards book I found the cutest card with a gift card slot that I loved and wanted to redesign it for myself … and this is what I came up with:

Click on the picture to view the listing in my etsy shop (and more details on the card itself) – the gift card pocket slides out of a little slot and is tied with ribbon to keep the card from falling out.
